% 20.01.2017 Status report has been filed by the State and the same is taken on record.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application as proceedings under Section 82/83 Cr.P.C. have been initiated against the present petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner, however, seeks liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned Court seeking appropriate relief. In view of the submission made by counsel for the parties, the prayer is allowed and the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate application before the Court concerned which shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
