On advance notice counsel for the respondent / SDMC has put in appearance. Her submission is that the status report/ action taken report has already been filed by the SDMC qua the same property before the Division Bench-I where WP (C) No. 4943/2016 NGO Vs.

SDMC is pending.

Status report has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner. Noting these above submissions, counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this petition and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition.
