% 06.09.2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the action of respondent No.3 in denying the registration of the title documents of the properties of the colony, Jheel Kuranja in East Delhi, on the ground that the same is not included in the list of approved and authorized colonies.

This court, after considering the arguments advanced on behalf of the parties, is of the view that it would be apposite if the present petition is considered, in the first instance, as a representation by the Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT, who shall after considering the issues pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from today.

The petitioner, if aggrieved by the same, is at liberty to apply. The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. VIBHU BAKHRU, J.
