Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to approach the District Judge seeking transfer of the proceedings and, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. 2.
Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the contention of the petitioner seeking transfer. The application, if moved, shall be considered in accordance with law without being influenced by anything stated in this order.
