% 29.04.2015 Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that investigations are complete and mechanical inspection of the vehicle, as shown in the CCTV footage, has already been done. Driver of the truck has been arrested and released on bail since FIR involves bailable offences. It is submitted that CCTV footage has been sent to FSL for identification of registration number of the vehicle.

He further submits that after the FSL report is received, charge-sheet will be filed.

In view of the submissions of the learned Additional Standing

Counsel, this writ petition is not being pressed and the same is disposed of accordingly.
