% 27.10.2016 W.P.(C) 10198/2016 & CM No.40315/2016(interim direction) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had sought a decision on the application for renewal by the petitioner. He submits that the application of the petitioner has been refused and the present petition has become infructuous. The petitioner has already filed a petition, i.e. W.P.(C) No.10199/2016 impugning the decision of the respondent in refusing the grant of renewal.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in W.P.(C) No.10199/2016.
