O R D E R

% 14.01.2016 The parties have arrived at a settlement in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 02.11.2015 entered into between the plaintiff and defendant No.1 is on record.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that so far as defendant No.2 is concerned, he withdraws the present suit against the defendant No.2 and he drops defendant No.2 from the array of the defendants. In case any fresh cause of action arises, the plaintiff shall initiate action against defendant No.2. Accordingly, defendant No.2 is deleted from the array of the defendants.

The settlement is signed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff and defendant No.1 as well as by the learned Mediator. The terms & conditions

of the settlement appear to be fair, just & reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.
