% 25.10.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the averments in the petition being deficient and the proof of payment to the second respondent of the amount which was settled having not been submitted nor referred to in the pleadings, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh on the basis of same agreement, i.e., agreement dated 11.12.2014. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted.
