The matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of ₹1,50,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the learned Tribunal. The insurance company has brought the draft of settled amount of ₹1,50,000/- bearing No.899633 dated 31.03.2017 drawn on Standard Chartered Bank.

The draft has been accepted by the learned counsel for appellant under his signatures as full and final settlement of the claim. 3.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. MAC.APP. 152/2017
