% 31.05.2016 C.M.21883/2016 In view of the Mediated Settlement of 19th April, 2016 arrived at between the parties at the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, petitioner has filed the present application for withdrawal of the main writ petition with a prayer that settled amount of `1,60,000/- out of the amount of `2,50,185/- deposited by petitioner-applicant with the Registrar General of this Court, be released in favour of respondent and the remaining amount be released to petitioner-applicant. Upon notice, Mr. Yogesh Ramola, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondent and has placed on record his vakalatnama/power of attorney and submits that respondent is present in the court, who is identified to be W.P.(C) 5868/2015

so by him. Copy of the identity proof of respondent has also been appended with the instant application.

Respondent, present in the Court, submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the main writ petition and to the release of the amount to petitioner as prayed for in the instant application. For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed and it is directed that the settled amount of `1,60,000/- out of `2,50,185/-, deposited by petitioner-applicant with the Registrar General of this Court, be released in favour of respondent and the remaining amount be released to petitioner-applicant, as per Rules. Accordingly, the impugned Award of 1st April, 2015 is modified in terms of the aforesaid Mediated Settlement of 19th April, 2016.

The application stands disposed of.
