% 07.01.2016 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to make a fresh representation and submitted that all relevant medical records and the records to establish that the petitioner is in dire economic conditions were not submitted at the time of representing for compassionate allowance under Rule 41 (3). If such representation is made, the Central Reserve Police Force would consider it appropriately after having a verification done by the concerned local administration.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
