By the present petition the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.366/2015 under Sections 354/376/506 IPC and Sections 6, 7, 8 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 (in short 'POCSCO Act') registered at PS Nangloi, Delhi. 2.

The above noted FIR was registered on the complaint of the minor child 'N' aged nine years who alleged that the petitioner used to misbehave with her.

During the course of investigation, besides the minor victim 'N', statements of three other minor victims were also recorded who also alleged misbehaviour and sexual assault by the petitioner. 4.

Considering the fact that out of the four minor victims, only one has been examined and three are yet to be examined before the learned Trial BAIL APPLN. 313/2017

Court, this Court finds no case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 5.

Petition is dismissed.
