% 04.10.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire payment in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 22.01.2018 executed between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received by the petitioner. In view thereof, he prays for leave to withdraw the present petition as having being satisfied. The petition is permitted to be withdrawn and the attachment order passed earlier shall stand vacated.
