% 29.05.2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will approach the court of competent jurisdiction to avail remedies as may be available to him in respect of FIR No. 193/2015 under Sections 420/406 IPC registered at police station Borkhera, Kota City, Rajasthan. Accordingly, petitioner is granted transit bail for a period of two weeks from today, subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/Station House Officer of the concerned police station.

It is made clear that this order will remain in operation for two weeks only.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous

application is disposed of as infructuous.
