% 28.11.2016 Crl.M.A.No.18572/2016 in BAIL APPLN. 2131/2016 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking correction/modification of the order dated 25th November, 2016 passed by this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 25th November, 2016 passed by this Court, however, due to inadvertent typographical mistake in the FIR number in the said order, the petitioner could not be released from jail. Heard.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the FIR number in the paragraphs No.1 & 2 of the order dated 25th November, 2016 be read as FIR

No.239/2014 instead of 239/2016. Rest of the order shall remain the same. Application stands disposed of.
