CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI
O R D E R
% 04.11.2016 CM No. 41074/2016 (u/S. 151 CPC by petitioner) This application seeks correction of the Memo of Parties which shows the name of the respondent as Union Bank of India instead of United Bank of India. It is only in the Memo of Parties that the said typographical error has occurred because in the petition (at page 9) the respondent is shown as United Bank of India. Furthermore, in the stay application as well as in its supporting affidavits the respondent is shown as United Bank of India. The aforesaid error is evidently typographical. The order dated 27.10.2016, which shows the respondent as Union Bank of India, stands corrected accordingly. The name of the respondent shall be read as United Bank of India. The application is allowed in the above terms. Application stands disposed off.
