% 20.10.2016 On the complaint of respondent no. 2, present FIR No. 126/2016 under Sections 354(C)/354(D) IPC was registered at Police Station Najafgarh. Petitioner and respondent no. 2 were known to each other prior to her marriage. Petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR in view of the settlement arrived at between her and the petitioner without any force, coercion or duress. Keeping in mind that parties were known to each other and have

settled their disputes amicably at the initial stage of investigation, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 126/2016 under Sections 354(C)/354(D) IPC registered at Police Station Najafgarh is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
