It is informed by the learned counsels for the parties that the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 19.08.2025.

The learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 submits that in pursuance to the above said Settlement Agreement, Respondent No. 1 had handed over a cheque amounting to Rs. 1,75,000/- to each of the petitioners on the date of signing of the Agreement itself. He further submits that the Settlement Agreement has duly been complied with by Respondent No. 1 and in support of this, an Affidavit of Compliance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 has also been filed by Mr. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Rakesh Kumar Jha, Senior Manager, duly authorized vide Letter of Authority dated 25.07.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioners confirms the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties and Respondent No. 1 has duly complied with the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 19.08.2025. He further submits that the above cheque has already been encashed.

The learned counsels for the parties submit that no disputes remain under Clause No. 4 of the Settlement Agreement dated 19.08.2025.

The learned counsels for the parties pray that in view of the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties, the present petitions may be disposed of.
