% 19.10.2016 Issue notice. Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that VAT refund orders dated 30.10.2016 are produced and hereby taken on record. The petitioner's counsel submits that interest reflected in this order is on the lower side. The court is of the opinion that for this purpose, the petitioner should move a suitable application before the concerned VATO. In such event, the VATO will pass orders disposing of the application and give consequential effect within four weeks. In the meanwhile, the amounts reflected in the refund orders shall be credited to the petitioner's account within a week.
The writ petition is disposed of.
