O R D E R

% 02.11.2016 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are entitled to the reliefs sought in this petition as the same has been settled in W.P.(C) No.3369/2014 and W.P.(C) No.24/2010 both titled as 'Chander Prakash Kaushal Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors.' decided on 04.03.2015 and 27.08.2013 respectively. He further submits that as per the aforesaid judgments, for the reliefs sought respondent No.2 has to release the interest on the delayed payment whereas respondent No.4 has to issue the DGEHS Medical Card to the petitioners, so that the petitioners, who have superannuated from the government service, and their eligible family members can avail the medical health facilities. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition

shall be treated as their representation by the respondents and it shall be disposed off within four weeks by a reasoned order after according a hearing to the petitioners on 16.11.2016 at 3.00 p.m. by respondent No.2 and on 17.11.2016 at 3.00 p.m. by respondent No.4.

Copy of the respondents'

decision shall be supplied to the petitioners. The writ petition alongwith pending application stands disposed off in the above terms. The Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the case.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties.
