% 17.12.2018 Vide order dated 07.12.2018, the Hon'ble Court has inter alia directed as under:- "..... In view of the foregoing, the order dated 22.05.2018 whereby the release of the amount of Rs.15 lakhs with interest accrued thereon in terms of the order dated 04.05.2018 to respondent No.2 was stayed, stands vacated.....

... List before the Registrar General on 13.12.2018 for release of the FDR of Rs.15 lakhs along with interest accrued thereon."

As per office report, an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- has been deposited in this case and the same has been invested in the FDR. Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 is present and requests that the amount may be released to respondent No.2. In view of the directions above, Registrar (B&A) is directed to release the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- alongwith interest to respondent No.2 in terms of order dated 07.12.2018 of the Hon'ble Court against proper receipt and identification.
