Learned counsel for petitioner and respondent No.5 are given liberty to challenge the said show cause notices in accordance with law. At this stage, learned counsel for respondent No.5 states that he would

also be filing an application for review of the order dated 25th July, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 4836/2016.
