% 12.04.2017 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.641/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPC, PS: Neb Sarai, New Delhi.
The complainant states that while coming to his house at about 11 pm, when he reached in front of Gali No.15, L-1st, Sangam Vihar, then handle of his motorcycle hit Lokender Singh and a quarrel took place. Lokender Singh raised a voice and on hearing, his sister and father came and surrounded him. First, the sister of Lokender Singh hit an iron pipe on his head and the father hit with an iron pipe twice on his head. Lokender and his mother assaulted the complainant with
fist and leg blows. The complainant knew the name of all the accused but he did not know the name of the sister of Lokender. After sustaining injuries, the complainant became unconscious and was admitted to a hospital.
The Status Report has been filed.
Considering the facts of the case and the Status Report filed, it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, with one surety for the like amount, to the satisfaction of the SHO/AO concerned, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the IO and will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned. In case of change of address, the same will be intimated by way of an affidavit. The petition is disposed of.
