P. 490/2014 Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to copy of minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016 and approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, since as per the same pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores are to be transferred to concerned District Court.

Learned counsel for decree holder has admitted that the present matter needs to be transferred to concerned Dwarka court, where the jurisdiction lies.

In view of same, the present execution petition stands transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, South West District, Dwarka Court Delhi on 06.02.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the said court. The next date of Contd....2
