Mr. Anil Airi, learned senior counsel says that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner and respondent no.1 are engaged in arbitration proceedings.

As prayed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Pending applications shall also stand closed. 4.

Needless to say, the fact that the petition has been withdrawn will not impact, in any way, the arbitration proceedings which are, presently, pending adjudication.
