% 19.05.2016 Another status report has been handed over, as per which steps taken to recover the missing child have been detailed. It is agreed that the petition may be disposed of at this stage with the direction to the State to keep the petitioner informed every six weeks of the steps taken for recovery of the missing child and the petitioner will be informed in case any identification is to be done.

Accordingly, the State is directed to inform the petitioner of the steps taken for recovery of the missing child every six weeks and in case any identification is to be done with respect to the missing child, the State shall inform the petitioner about the same.

The petition stands disposed of.
