% 04.07.2018 There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners on the matter being called out repeatedly since morning. It is 3.40 p.m. The matter had been passed over earlier.

It is noted that the petitioners had stopped appearing w.ef. 23.05.2017 and even the counsel Mr. Hem C. Vashisht, Advocate had withdrawn his vakalatnama on 20.03.2017. The counsel for the second respondent who is complainant in the case from which the present proceedings arise submits that the petitioners have not been appearing even before the trial court and thus duress processes have been issued against them including notices to the sureties.

The petition and the pending application are dismissed in default and for want of prosecution.
