The matter has been placed before us in the National Lok Adalat with the consent of parties. The appellant is represented through its counsel Mr. Pradeep Gaur. The respondents are present along with their counsel. 2.

The appellant, the Oriental Insurance Company is not pressing any reduction to the Award.

The statutory amount of Rs 25,000/- along with interest, if any, shall be returned to the appellant insurance company. 4.

The matter is accordingly settled.
