% 11.11.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail for about one year. Name of petitioner's son has been removed from the school on account of non-payment of fee.

Leaned APP submits that name of petitioner's son has been struck off not for non-payment of fee but on account of long absenteeism. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since school fee was not paid, petitioner's son was not permitted in school. Petitioner seeks interim bail for one month in order to arrange funds. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, petitioner is admitted to interim bail for one month from the date of his release, subject to his

furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti A.K. PATHAK, J.
