The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to deliver the posts and letters related to the Petitioner's Board to its correct and original address i.e. WZ-A/1, 3rd Floor, Budhella Market, Vikaspuri, New Delhi."

It is the case of the petitioner that its office is situated at WZ-A/1, Third Floor, Budhella Market, Vikaspuri, New Delhi. However, respondent no.4 has unauthorisedly and on the strength of a forged resolution attempted to change the address of the petitioner to WZ-2/10-A, Second Floor, Surya Complex Budhella Market, Vikaspuri, New Delhi.
This was also communicated to respondent nos.1 and 2 and, accordingly, all postal articles
addressed to the petitioner are being delivered at the address provided by respondent no.4. The petitioner is aggrieved since respondent nos. 1 to 3 were not acting upon his request to ensure that the postal articles are delivered at the original address.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 states that the petitioner's complaint has been addressed and the delivery staff has been instructed to deliver all mails addressed to the petitioner at the original address. In this view, the petitioner's grievance in this petition does not survive.

In view of the above, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
