% 28.11.2016 It is not disputed that the marriage of the petitioner has been accepted by the relatives of petitioner and they have also celebrated the said marriage socially on 11.11.2016.

The husband of the petitioner Pankaj Kumar is present in Court. He states that there are no outstanding issues between the petitioner or himself and the relatives of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.

The matter need not be listed on 24.01.2017.
