Counsel for the appellants states that appellants have not communicated with him after passing of the orders dated 27.10.2017 and 28.11.2017, and by which orders appellants who had challenged the money decree were to deposit 50% of the decretal amount in this court.

Even process fee has not been filed for service of the respondent. This appeal is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.

Let no application for recall of this order or restoration of the appeal be entertained unless costs of Rs.20,000/- are first deposited with Help Age India, C-14, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110016.
