By this application the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 137/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34/354/377/376 IPC and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (in short 'POCSO Act') registered at PS Mandir Marg, Delhi. 2.

The allegations of the complainant qua the petitioner relate to offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34/377 IPC however, in view of the allegations made by the child under Section 12 of the POCSO Act, this Court finds no ground to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.

Bail application is dismissed.
