% 11.02.2017 Parties have agreed to settle the matter for a total sum of Rs.1,50,000/- . Towards the settled amount, ld. Counsel for the respondentinsurance company has handed over four cheques drawn in favour of the appellant nos. 1 to 4 in the sum of Rs.49,500/-, Rs.43,500/-, Rs.28,500/- & Rs.28,500/- respectively. The said cheques shall be handed over to DHCLSC, which shall be released to the appellants on the due verification. Appeal stands settled accordingly.
