2. Notice. Notice is accepted by Mr Siddharth Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Respondent that if time timebound directions are issued the Respondents will process the refund claim of the Petitioner in compliance therewith.

4. It is directed that the refund order be issued not later than 4 weeks from today and the refund amount be deposited into the account of the Petitioner directly along with interest accrued thereon not later than two W.P.(C) 5483/2017

weeks thereafter.

5.In case of any non-compliance with the above directions, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

6. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
