Counsel for respondent has placed before me an order dated 21.07.2017 passed by NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench (NCLT). A perusal of the order would show that a petition preferred by an entity, going by the name Infrastructure Finance Ltd. under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been admitted by the NCLT. 2.
In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the NCLT within a period of four (4) weeks from today and till such time interim order dated 31.07.2018 will continue to operate. The interim order will, however, dissolve on the date of expiry of period of 4 weeks.
