Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is covered under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, and therefore, since issues/disputes as to the payment of gratuity are to be decided by the competent authority under Section 7 of the Payment of Gratuity Act, accordingly, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed for with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act.
