% 19.02.2019 In pursuance to the order passed by us on 03.12.2018, respondent No.2 - DDA has filed a short affidavit dated 13.02.2019, however a copy of the affidavit has not been supplied to the petitioner. Let the same be supplied within three days.

According to Mr.Arvind Nigam, learned Senior Advocate appearing for respondent No.5 now everything has been rectified and all the clearances and NOCs have been received.

In pursuance to the directions issued earlier a meeting of various officials was held and an amended/modified UBBL-2016 with reference to EODBWB Report 2018 has been brought on record which is available from page 24 onwards of the affidavit filed by respondent No.2 - DDA. We are satisfied with the decision taken and the modifications and amendment incorporated therein and we direct that the Officers/In-charge of concerned Departments of the area in question where the respective malls are situated for which this petition has been filed, shall strictly enforce the amendment and modification incorporated in the UBBL-2016 brought to our notice as was decided in the meeting held on 05.12.2018. In case of any breach, the officers of the concerned Departments shall be held responsible. In view of the aforesaid, we are satisfied and dispose of the writ petition.
