% 03.07.2017 Accused (petitioner no.1) and complainant (respondent no.2) have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 9th August, 2016 vide Annexure-B at page 56. Petitioner nos.2 to 6 are relatives of petitioner no.1. Respondent no.2 (complainant) is present in Court and has been identified by the Investigating Officer. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre, FIR No. 1097/15 under Sections 498-A/406/313/34

IPC and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
