% 02.12.2016 The learned counsel for the appellant requests for permission to withdraw this appeal inasmuch as an FAO(OS) does not lie against the order sought to be impugned which has been passed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. He, however, seeks liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
