The parties shall remain bound by the settlement agreement dated 17.05.2018.

The application is allowed.

CS(OS) 313/2017 In view of the above, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.
