O R D E R
% 08.09.2017 Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the parties have entered into a settlement. The petitioner does not dispute that the property is required bona fide by the respondent. The petitioner will place on record an affidavit undertaking on behalf of the petitioner to hand over vacant physical possession of the tenanted property as described in the Eviction Petition being property bearing No.A-102, Shakarpur Khas, Sanjay Park, Delhi110092 to the respondent on or before 31.8.2019. In the affidavit the petitioner shall also undertake to regularly pay by the 7th day of each month an agreed rent of Rs.500/- per month. The petitioner will also undertake payment of electricity and water dues for the premises in question. The petitioner will also undertake not to cause any wilful damage to the property and induct any third party to the property.
Petitioner will also pay the arrears of rent w.e.f. April 2016 till date.
Subject to the petitioner's filing an affidavit undertaking to the court as stated above within two weeks from today learned counsel for the
respondent submits that the respondent shall not execute the present eviction order on or before 31.8.2019.
Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
