Learned counsel for plaintiff has submitted that territorial jurisdiction of the present matter lies in New Delhi District, Patiala House Court. Accordingly, the ministerial order dated 01.02.2016, whereby the present matter ordered to be transferred to South West District, Dwarka Court, Delhi as per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl.
