CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO

O R D E R

% 10.11.2016 After some submissions learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh one as the relief is confined to admission to B.Tech Course for the year 2016. He states that in the fresh petition, the petitioner intends to challenge the provision of the by-laws which stipulates the admission to 5% supernumerary seats to the wards of the permanent employees, which according to the University are those permanent employees who are in service and not wards of those permanent employees who died in harness. With the liberty as prayed for, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
