% 18.10.2016 Petitioner seeks extension of parole for one month on the ground that he has to file SLP and also to undergo cataract surgery and take treatment for his knee pain. Petitioner is on parole right from 20th September, 2016. He was having sufficient time to file SLP and also to take treatment for his ailments, however, he has not done so. I do not find any justification to extend the parole period.

Petition is dismissed.
