Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the missing child has been recovered. He submits that she had left the home after an argument with her mother and left for the village of her grand-mother. Statement of the girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded. On being recovered she was produced before CWC and thereafter was handed over to her mother. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
