O R D E R

% 08.12.2016 Present petition has been filed by the mother of Kajal seeking her production. On the last date of hearing Kajal was produced in Court. She stated that she has voluntarily married Vishal. Today again she has reiterated her statement. The petitioner, who is present in Court with her daughters Barkha and Puja, submits that they would not like to have any relationship with Kajal and her in laws. Kajal, her husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law are present in Court. They seek police protection as they apprehend violence from the family of Saroj. We direct the concerned SHO, Jahangirpuri, to provide his mobile number as also of beat constable to Kajal and her in laws. Beat constable will visit them twice a day for next 30 days or such period as may be deemed appropriate by the concerned SHO.

The petitioner will not interfere or disturb the day-to-day life of Kajal and her in laws and family members.

Accordingly the petition is dismissed as not pressed. Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master. G.S.SISTANI, J.
