1. The present writ petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 14.12.2016 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.1515/2013. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has allowed the O.A filed by the respondent by directing that they will be entitled to grant of benefits under the ACP/MACP scheme as per law.

2. The only ground on which the present petition has been filed is that the impugned order is wholly cryptic and a non-speaking order and is therefore liable to be set aside.

3. Even though we are inclined to agree with the learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned order is devoid of any reasons, we find that the issue regarding the respondent's entitlement to grant of ACP/MACP in fact stood decided vide a detailed order passed in O.A.1515/2013 way back on 09.12.2014 by the learned Tribunal, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. which order has admittedly attained finality.

4. We, therefore, see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
