These petitions have been preferred under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to seek a direction that in case of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail. 2.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that in the By:AMULYA

First Information Report (FIR), though the name of the petitioners had been disclosed, no role has been assigned to them. He submits that the petitioners have already joined the investigation and undertake that in future as well, the petitioners shall continue to remain available for investigation. 3.

The status report filed by the police shows that the petitioners were interrogated at length on 26.12.2014. The petitioners have stated during their investigation that they have no business terms with the main accused, namely Jagmohan Garg, and that they have not taken any bale of cloth from him.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitions are allowed. It is directed that in case of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon by the Investigating Officer. 5.
