% 21.12.2018 Counsels for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Report of the Mediator has been received. The counsels for the parties undertake that the parties will abide by the terms of the settlement and pray that the appeal may be disposed of in view of the settlement. Accordingly, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the appeal stands disposed of.
